Baby H 30 Weeks Pregnant

We finally got some good pictures of Baby H!!

I guess that large Dr. Pepper from Sonic helped to get him moving.

The technician said it was hard to get a good picture of him from the front of his face because there was too much of "me" in the way.

That's OK because he sure does have a cute profile!

 This kid really likes to have his feet up in his face.  Again, he kept bringing his foot right to his face.  He'd suck his heal and poke himself in the eye with his foot.

 It was a pretty awesome visit this time.  Kirk and I got to see Baby H sucking his thumb, his foot, open his mouth and stick out his tongue, yawn, blink AND we got to see him breathe!  The baby's just now start practicing their breathing at this stage.  We got to see his lungs working and his chest taking breaths.  It was really amazing!

 This kid likes to stay squished in a ball:

Writing His Name

 

My son’s only 3 ½ and he can already write his own name.

 Never mind that he writes his “A” like an “H” and that he writes from the right to the left.

 I put the letters he’s meaning to write above the actual letter that he does write…so you can “understand” his writing a little better.

 I think he does pretty darn good for his age!

Houston Children's Museum

Allan met his buddy, Maegan, at the Children's Museum.

 It was packed full of kids.

Tons of school/daycare field trip kids were there.

But Maegan and Allan didn't seem to mind the crowd one bit.

 Allan's first visit inside a telephone booth.

 These kids will probably grow up not knowing what a telephone booth or a pay phone is.

 Allan was taking his snow boarding seriously.  He was even "wiping out" and throwing himself off the snowboard and onto the floor.  Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of that.

 Here we got to build race cars out of Legos and then take them to this ramp to race them.

Definitely right up Allan's alley.
